Shaun grew up in Littlehampton, England which is located on the south coast of England. From the young age he started to volunteer with a local project working with young people. That was the start of his passion to work with young people and to see them over come what ever issues they were facing. Soon after leaving College Shaun found himself working with young people in many different areas.

Shaun later went to take part in a DTS in South Africa. This was a life changing experience for him and after the DTS he was asked by Joe Gisbey to join him on some mission trips with the aim of training people up in the area of micro-enterprise. While Shaun was doing some of these trips he was offered an internship with his local Church as a youth worker. Within this time frame Shaun spent some time studying Foundation Studies in youth and informal education with YMCA College.

The internship came to an end and Shaun was looking for something new and was asked if he wanted to move to Colombia to be part of a leadership in a new Church plant called Comunidad Mosaic. Shaun also moved to Colombia to work with children who have been trafficked to work in the sex industry and he’s passionate about see people being set free from within the sex industry.
